$90/month plan – Includes 2 visits on month 1 and 1 visit on the following months plus medication refills.

$115/month plan – Includes 4 visits on month 1 and up to 2 visits on remaining months plus medication refills.

Semaglutide Membership Plan

– $300 – 360/month

$300/month plan – Includes 2 visits on month 1 and 1 visit in following months (For low-dose patients ONLY, once dose increased to 1 mg price increases to $340).

$360/month plan includes 4 visits on month 1 and up to 2 visits in the remaining months plus medication refills.

Naltrexone/Bupropion (also known as Contrave) Membership Plan
